INVITATION

• • In order to maintain a curated show experience, all exhibitors are Grassroots vendor partners or invited brands.

CONTRACT

• • Contracts will be sent out at the end of June and due early August. This ensures time to prepare our vendor list for scheduling. For assistance with contracts please contact Hope@grassrootsoutdoors.com or Rachel@grassrootsoutdoors.com

SELECTING BOOTH SIZE & CONFIGURATION

• • When selecting your booth size, allocate meeting spaces to host maximum amount of appointments scheduled simultaneously. Be sure to allow for personal comfort and distancing and for presentation flow.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

• • Connect is a show designed for efficiency and productivity. Once the final contracts have been received, a confirmed list of vendors is sent to the participating retailers. Utilizing an online scheduling tool, retailers select the vendors they would like appointments with.

  • When completing your contract, please make note of the CATEGORIES you are offering and the recommended duration of APPOINTMENTS. These selections will inform the design, # of meeting spaces and layout of your booth.

REGISTRATION:

• • Hotel rooming blocks close 10/20/2022

  • Independent sales reps- $25 each until 10/20/22, after 10/20/22 fee is $50.

  • Exhibitor attendees- $175 each until 10/20/2022, after 10/20/22 fee is $200.

The registration fee covers show entrance, badge, appointment scheduling, lunches, snacks, & happy hours for all attendees. The fee also covers the Grassroots Member gathering for Vendor Partners and their reps.
